Description:
Ultrasonic bonding is accomplished by delivering high-frequency vibrations to the fabric. When synthetic materials or nonwoven fabrics are placed between the horn and anvil of ultrasonic equipment, these vibrations are transferred directly to the fabric, generating heat almost instantly. The ultrasonic energy produced by the generator is transmitted to the transducer, which converts it into longitudinal mechanical vibrations. These vibrations are then amplified by the horn and welding head, ensuring that the ultrasonic energy is evenly distributed across the surface of the welding head.
The machine features two sets of adjustable-speed motors that independently control the welding head and the welding roller. When the roller is pressed down onto the fabric, it makes contact with the working surface of the welding head. This contact, combined with ultrasonic mechanical vibrations (up-and-down motion) and heat, enables the fabric between the roller and the welding head to be cut, perforated, stitched, or welded seamlessly.

Applications:
This technology is applied to various products such as lace clothing, ribbons, trims, filters, lace and quilting, decorative items, handkerchiefs, tablecloths, curtains, bedspreads, pillowcases, quilt covers, tents, raincoats, disposable surgical gowns and caps, disposable masks, non-woven fabric bags, and more.
In the clothing industry, ultrasonic lace machines are commonly used for cutting and welding fabrics. However, traditional ultrasonic lace machines have a flat transmission horn, which can only rotate around its geometric center and cannot move in the same direction as the fabric. This limitation can result in uneven stitching. The ultrasonic seamless sewing machine, on the other hand, features a circular transmission
Advantages:
1. Using ultrasonic and special steel wheel processing, the edge of the seal does not crack, does not damage the edge of cloth, and there is no burr, curl phenomenon.
2. It's easy to operate. It's not much different from the traditional sewing machine. Ordinary sewing workers can operate it.
3. Low cost, 5 to 6 times faster than traditional machines, high efficiency.
4. The flower wheel is designed according to the pattern to enhance the strength and beauty of the processed products.
5. Short welding time, ultrasonic automatic sewing without needle and thread, save the trouble of frequently changing needle and thread, and the width is determined by the customer.
Ultrasonic Sewing Machine Reviews:
Customers' evalution as follow:
The ultrasonic Sewing works very well. The nonwoven fabric is made by cutting with mechanical ultrasonic equipment, wireless sewing, crimping, etc. and there is no crease or ridge. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
1.What is ultrasonic welding?
Ultrasonic welding is a process that uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to join materials together. In the case of paper cup welding, it involves using these vibrations to create friction and heat, which bonds the edges of the paper cups.
2.What materials can be joined using ultrasonic spot welding?
Ultrasonic spot welding is commonly used for thermoplastic materials such as PVC, ABS, polyethylene, and polypropylene. It is also effective for non-ferrous metals like aluminum and copper.
3.Can ultrasonic welding be used for dissimilar material welding?
While ultrasonic welding is typically used for similar materials, certain adaptations and techniques can be employed for joining dissimilar materials, depending on their compatibility.
4.What factors influence the quality and strength of ultrasonic spot welds?
Several factors, including frequency, pressure, welding time, and amplitude, influence the quality and strength of ultrasonic spot welds. Optimal parameters vary based on the specific materials and joint geometries.
5.Is ultrasonic spot welding suitable for large or complex components?
Ultrasonic spot welding can be applied to both small and larger components, as well as those with complex geometries. It is commonly used in various industries, including automotive, electronics, and packaging.
