The dynamic process and the physical and chemical effects caused by the bubbles suddenly collapse within a few microseconds, and can form local hot spots of up to 5000K, and the pressure can reach tens or even hundreds of megapascals. With the release of high pressure, A powerful shock wave or high-speed jet is formed in the liquid. This micro-jet/shock wave generates a physical shearing force on animal and plant cell tissues, deforms/ruptures/and releases the contents, thereby promoting the dissolution of active ingredients in the cells .
